Ingredients
  • Red Lentils: 200 gr
  • Coconut Milk: 4 Spoons
  • Onion: 1
  • Stock Cube: 2
  • Water: 400 ml
  • Sunflower Oil: 4 Spoons
Steps

Pour the red lentils and water into the Care Plus Potect Rice&Grain Cooker

Add the coconut milk, the chopped onion, the stock cube and the sunflower oil than mix well

Insert the inner lid than cover with the second lid and hook it up well

Place the Rice&Grain Cooker into the microwave cavity than set the cooking time to 18 minutes and power level to 700W (P100 for Candy microwaves)

press Start to start cooking

When ready smash the lentils stirring with a spoon and serve
