Ingredients
  • Chickpeas Flour: 150 gr
  • Water: 300 ml
  • Parsley: 2 Tufts
  • Dill: 2 Tufts
  • Sunflower Oil: 4 Spoons
  • Salt: To taste
  • Tajina Sauce: 2 Teaspoons
Steps

Pour the chickpeas flour and water into the Care Plus Potect Rice&Grain Cooker

Add a pinch of salt and mix well

Insert the inner lid than cover with the second lid and hook it up well

Place the Rice&Grain Cooker into the microwave cavity than set the cooking time to 18 minutes and power level to 700W (P100 for Candy microwaves)

press Start to start cooking

When ready let it cool down, than blend it with parsley, dill and sunflower oil in order to obtain a smooth cream
